Mo Bina is the Managing Principal and Founder of High-Rise Capital – a boutique commercial real estate investment company. Mo partners with high-income earners, high-net-worth individuals, and family offices to obtain above-average, risk-adjusted returns from tax-efficient investments. Through strong collaboration, Mo helps his investment partners generate passive income streams, diversify their portfolios via syndicated commercial real estate, and build Purpose-Driven Wealth™, which is the financial freedom to live a full and balanced life. He is also the host of the popular show, Purpose-Driven Wealth, an author of three eBooks, and a frequent speaker on the topic of alternative investments and commercial real estate.

Mo and his partners have syndicated over $70 million of multifamily real estate. He is also an experienced investor in alternative assets, private money lending, and across various real estate sectors including residential, multifamily, senior living, office, and industrial real estate.

He is a member of Stanford Professionals in Real Estate (SPIRE). He has two bachelor’s degrees in civil and environmental engineering, cum laude, from UC Irvine and a master’s degree in environmental engineering from Stanford University.

When Mo is not spending time with his family, he enjoys playing tennis, hiking, traveling, and reading.
